Daily Doses of Earl (loose leaf tea)

Purpose: Energy boosting and uplifting blend. May promote mental clarity and focus. 

Contains: Organic St. John wort and Lemon herbal blend.

Preparation: Pour 8 oz of Boiling water over 1 tsp of tea. Cover and allow the blend to steep for up to 5 mins. Remove the infuser and allow the blend to cool. Sip & Enjoy 1 to 3 cups daily, after every meal for best results.
